What to include

• System type: potable PEX, radiant, or district energy
• Pipe sizes and approximate circuit or riser counts
• Radiant floor area and design supply temperature
• Manifold count and zone valve requirements
• NSF / IAPMO / ICC listing needs if applicable

Social channels are not used for project quoting. Use the form or email for SKU-level requests. When you are replacing a manifold bank on an existing radiant slab, include photos of port stamps so we can confirm actuator interchange before ordering valves.

For multifamily packages, note whether units need individual shutoffs at the manifold or mid-branch. For healthcare radiant floors, call out infection-control preferences for low supply temperatures and any restrictions on floor covering compressive strength. District energy programs should state burial depth and jacket thickness targets so pre-insulated laterals match campus standards.

We respond with SKU shortlists, NSF/ANSI 61 and IAPMO notes where relevant, and distributor routing for North American ship-to addresses. If you only need a ProPEX tool kit ID or expansion ring size chart, say so in the first sentence—those tickets move faster than full hydronic schedules.

Large remodel packages can attach a spreadsheet with pipe sizes and quantities. Smaller single-family radiant jobs can list three fields only: floor area, design temperature, and flooring type. Either way, clear inputs cut revision loops when slab pours or underfloor panels are already scheduled. Prefabricated bathroom pods versus field-set manifolds should be stated up front so CAD packages match the construction method.
